We are seeking an experienced leader to drive ecosystem growth and business partnerships.
About This RoleThis role involves developing and executing strategic partnerships across various industries, including finance, technology, and innovation. You will be responsible for driving business strategy, sourcing and executing critical deals, and shaping product direction in collaboration with senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of structuring and executing high-impact deals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. They will also have a deep understanding of onchain economies, builder incentives, and protocol mechanics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
- Drive business strategy and growth through deal execution and product development
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape product direction and vision
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements:
- 12+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem roles
- 3+ years in a crypto-native environment
- Proven track record of structuring and executing high-impact deals
- Deep understanding of onchain economies, builder incentives, and protocol mechanics
- Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills
