About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at Mercy Health. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently at home by providing personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping, and meal preparation.

Requirements
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
  • First Aid Certificate (Level 2).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A safe, sensible approach with a practical understanding of people's physical limitations.
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability Support.
  • The ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients' individual needs.
