About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high levels of service performance by managing, controlling, and monitoring the movement of trains and on-track vehicles. They must ensure that Network Control activities comply with all safety requirements specified in legislation and company policies.

  • Manage and coordinate the movement of trains and on-track vehicles to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including regular inspections and maintenance of equipment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve network efficiency and reduce downtime.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Cert 4 in Network Control or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle emergencies and unexpected situations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at around $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes access to training and development programs, discounts on selected health insurance funds, and parental leave program.
