Department Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Department Supervisor.

About the Role:

As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service standards and driving sales results within your department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to ensure delivery of outstanding customer service
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve financial performance
  • Collaborate with the back-of-house team to ensure product availability and manage stock levels effectively

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with 2-3 years' experience in retail or a similar industry who possess strong leadership and communication skills. You should have a proven track record in driving sales growth and exceeding set KPIs, as well as excellent time management skills.
