Restaurant Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in managing high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and maintaining impeccable food compliance standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing restaurant team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and sales results
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Manage staff performance, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business success and achieve organizational objectives
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong beverage knowledge and experience in managing a profitable beverage program
  • Excellent financial acumen, including understanding of P&L, budgets, GP, wages, rosters, and forecasting
  • Able to control front and back-of-house procedures, ensuring seamless operations and efficient service delivery
  • Solutions-focused mindset, with proven ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions
  • Experience in recruiting, training, developing, and managing new team members
