Software Development Technical Leadership Opportunity

A challenging role is available for a highly skilled software engineer to lead the design and development of our platform.

About The Role

We're seeking a technical leader with expertise in commercial object-oriented programming, REST services, and MVC frameworks to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop scalable and reusable systems and components.
  • Write clean and modular code for easy reuse.
  • Lead the development of web applications, middleware, and third-party integrations.
  • Work with the team to plan and prioritize project iterations.
  • Develop automated tests to ensure code quality and stability.
  • Engage in code reviews and design discussions.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for live production systems.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial OOP with Java.
  • Expertise in developing and consuming REST services.
  • Strong analytical and logical abilities with knowledge of design patterns and Java MVC frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas.
  • Dedication to meeting deadlines and staying current with latest technologies.
  • Experience with Scrum or Extreme Programming methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
