About the Role

The Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA) is seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our Foster Care Program. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in providing culturally safe services to support Aboriginal children and young people in foster care placements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct visits to foster care placements and provide support to families and carers.
  • Implement Cultural Support Plans to ensure the well-being and cultural responsiveness of fostered children.

Requirements

  • Ability to identify risks and implement procedures to minimize negative outcomes.
