Corporate Tax Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled corporate tax manager to join our team.

This role involves managing taxation services for corporate clients, overseeing day-to-day operations, income tax compliance, and tax accounting calculations.

The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of the Australian taxation system acquired through professional services or industry work, along with expertise in corporate income tax compliance calculations, processes, and ATO lodgement obligations.

A CA qualification or equivalent is preferred, but postgraduate studies (e.g., Tax Masters) with technical knowledge of IFRS and Tax Accounting will also be considered an advantage.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage taxation services for corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate tax compliance and lodgement.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on complex tax engagements, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, working closely with specialist teams on expertise delivery, including international tax and transfer pricing, tax controversy, and transactions.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the team.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Detailed knowledge of the Australian taxation system and corporate income tax compliance calculations, processes, and ATO lodgement obligations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead direct engagements with clients on substantive tax matters.
  • CA qualification or equivalent, or postgraduate studies (e.g., Tax Masters), with technical knowledge of IFRS and Tax Accounting considered an advantage.
