Reliability Leadership Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive innovation and excellence in our Site Reliability Engineering team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing individual to lead a team of skilled SRE engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead a talented team of SRE engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Culture of Automation: Promote automation efforts that drive efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Infrastructure Reliability: Collaborate with partner teams to improve the reliability of our infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimal downtime.
  • Crisis Management: Act as a crisis manager, orchestrating actions to resolve complex issues and achieve sustainable solutions.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze and evaluate existing processes to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to partner teams that interface with SRE, ensuring a smooth transition to new technologies and systems.
Requirements:
  • Team Management Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing team members' careers.
  • Cloud Operations: Experience working in cloud operations, follow-the-sun, and geographic distributed teams.
  • Software and Infrastructure Delivery: Knowledge of software, platform, and infrastructure delivered as a service.
  • ITIL v3: Familiarity with ITIL v3 principles and methods.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to Detail: Uncompromising attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ai Integration: Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
