About the Role


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Administrator to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. As a key member of our project team, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our projects.

Responsibilities



  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including inputting purchase orders, maintaining filing systems, and reconciling data from accounts departments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring information is readily available when required.
  • Collate and prepare data for reports, assisting in generating comprehensive insights into project performance.
  • Support mobilization and demobilization processes, ensuring seamless transitions for team members.
  • Manage email inquiries, escalating issues as necessary, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
  • Assist with event planning, both internal and external, to facilitate effective collaboration and engagement.
  • Offer general administrative assistance to the Project and Operations Manager, providing relief for other staff as required.

Requirements



  • A minimum of [salary] per annum, depending on experience.
  • Prior experience in a similar role as a Project Administrator, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Familiarity with Shutdowns is advantageous.
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Skillful use of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or SPMAT, is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
