Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the digital strategy and tactical plan, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive meaningful engagement across all digital touchpoints.

  • Own the overall digital and social strategy, partnering with relevant stakeholders to develop digital components of marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Be future-focused, monitoring trends, audience insights, and platform updates to keep us ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead social media strategy and content planning across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, etc.) to drive engagement, build brand love, and support commercial outcomes.
  • Analyse performance metrics and optimize for growth, engagement, and ROI data to insights to continuously enhance planning & execution.
  • Execute powerful digital initiatives and programmes including campaigns leveraging digital media, eCRM, advocacy driving SEO, SEM & paid media strategy and execution maximising return in conjunction with the brand teams.
  • Collaborate with Nestle consumer engagement services to ensure community management excellence across touchpoints.
  • Manage website updates/best practice for user experience working with digital services, or agency to facilitate implementation and leading YouTube channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A proven track record in strategic planning & implementation of digital and social marketing. A strong team player mindset, with a history of delivering results in a high performing culture & dynamic environment. Well-versed in the trends and innovations within the digital marketing realm and able to bring relevant insights and best practices to the business.

What Makes You Successful:

Understanding of use of best practice digital marketing tools and services and well-versed in digital media basics – planning, buying and integration. Advert managing key online metrics to evaluate / track campaigns and activity. A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for experimentation and learning.
