Building Process Support Specialist

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting clients throughout their building process. This includes providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in residential construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding results and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients from land settlement to construction completion
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth project progression
  • Coordinate with builders and their teams to facilitate client journeys
  • Work collaboratively with property specialists and finance specialists to manage key dates and construction progress payments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to enhance the client experience
  • Attend client practical completions to capture testimonials and marketing collateral
  • Referrals to our network of suppliers as part of the holistic journey
  • Support with client property handovers, including coordinating property managers, building inspectors, and quantity surveyors
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in residential construction or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Impeccable customer service approach with recent experience
  • Attention to detail and punctuality
  • Exceptional presentation skills, determination, and drive to exceed client expectations
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Genuine enthusiasm for working with clients and helping others
  • Open-minded and flexible attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a positive and vibrant attitude
