We are seeking a passionate and engaging Casual Retail Assistant to join our OPSM team in Ruaway Bay. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in the customers' journey from pre-testing equipment to dispensing and providing customized frames and lenses to suit their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience for our customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect frames and lenses to suit their lifestyle and preferences.
  • Operate and maintain pre-testing equipment to ensure accurate measurements and recommendations.
  • Dispense and provide customized frames and lenses to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
