We are seeking a passionate and engaging Casual Retail Assistant to join our OPSM team in Ruaway Bay. As a Retail Eyewear Consultant, you will be involved in the customers' journey from pre-testing equipment to dispensing and providing customised frames and lenses to suit their lifestyle.

Your Responsibilities
As a Retail Eyewear Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a premium shopping experience for our customers
- Assisting customers in selecting the perfect frames and lenses to suit their lifestyle and face shape
- Operating and maintaining our pre-testing equipment to ensure accurate measurements
- Dispensing and fitting frames and lenses to customers
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in the optical industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
