About the Role

Elders is one of Australia's most trusted and iconic companies, operating a diverse portfolio of businesses. As a leading real estate network, Elders operates one of the largest company-owned rent rolls, sales teams, and franchise networks nationally.

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will oversee a portfolio of properties and drive growth through client relationships and new opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and goals.
  • Identify and cultivate new investment opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure compliance with Residential Tenancy Legislation.
  • Manage debtors and prepare documents for landlords and tenants in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with the Elders team to explore innovative opportunities and maximize promotional efforts.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills. A current driver's license and ability to work independently are also essential. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented, enthusiastic, energetic, and well-organized, with a passion for building strong client relationships.
