About the Opportunity

An exciting challenge has arisen within BOQ Group's transformation journey. As a Security Analyst - IDAM, you will be part of our team ensuring IDAM platforms are effective and impactful while maintaining integrity and empathy.

You will perform in-depth analysis of identity data to support and implement pre-approved access, role-based access and segregation of duties. This is a demanding yet rewarding role with technical growth opportunities and training to aid in your career progression.

We have invested heavily in cutting-edge security tools to respond to the dynamic global security landscape and drive long-term business objectives.

About You
Our ideal candidate is a collaborative security professional who can work effectively as part of a team and under limited supervision, demonstrating a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills and a drive to learn within our supportive environment.

You will possess strong relationship building skills with experience working with project teams, third-party vendors and cybersecurity architects. Experience with SailPoint, OKTA, CyberArk and Active Directory is highly valued but not essential. Knowledge of recognized industry frameworks and regulations such as NIST, ISO, Privacy, PCI-DSS and APRA is a significant advantage.
