Leadership Role

This leadership position plays a vital role in the daily functioning of our therapeutic community and its residents.

As a Team Lead, you will provide guidance, support, and direction to staff and residents on your shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide orientation, training, and work direction to resident workers.
  • Develop a supportive and inclusive work/living environment through active listening and open communication.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Therapeutic Community and its residents.
  • Assist with case management, intake, and discharge of residents.
  • Administer medication to clients in accordance with established policy.
  • Compile and maintain reports, statistics, logbooks, and daily activities on residents.
  • Liaise with external agencies, professionals, government officials, and the community.
Requirements:
  • Degree in human services or a related field.
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
