Job Title: Property Investment Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Property Investment Manager. You will be responsible for driving the growth and implementation of our direct real estate platform and investment funds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support due diligence of new acquisitions and contribute to strategy development.
  • Develop asset management plans for each property and oversee leasing, asset management, and capital expenditure programs.
  • Drive and oversee external property and facilities managers and ensure assets are maintained and presented to an institutional standard.
  • Work closely with the finance team and external fund administrator on analytics and reporting.
  • Manage budgets and cost control, P&Ls and GLs, and provide recommendations to drive portfolio-level efficiencies and value.
