As a Post Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies that drive results. This includes formulating strategies to engage with different demographics, possessing a deep understanding of industry trends, and continuously improving your approaches based on evolving conversations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop comprehensive strategy solutions from brand strategy to tactical social, content, and influencer strategies.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and data analysis skills to uncover interesting consumer insights.
  • Crafting engaging content calendars, caption banks, and trendjacking posts.
  • Understanding community management and social listening to deeply understand people's behaviors.
  • Ability to internalize social media comments and differentiate people's behaviors on different social platforms.
  • Bringing the consumer's world to life for creative teams and clients using qualitative and cultural mining and insightful synthesis of quantitative research.
