Exciting Opportunity in Federal Government Department

A leading Federal Government department is seeking an experienced Senior ICT Project Manager to join a highly multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of project outputs, including design, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver projects with agency-wide impact, developing and implementing project plans and schedules in accordance with the agency's project management framework.
  • Manage and lead projects with agency-wide impact, researching, reviewing, and evaluating projects within a section or specialist area, and reporting on project objectives and outputs for presentation to executives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project pipelines, leveraging expertise in infrastructure projects, technical team leadership, and project tracking.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary technical programs, from project definition to product delivery/demonstration.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team.
  • Familiarity with AGILE methodology and project tracking.
