Maintenance Electrician Apprentice

This role offers a comprehensive apprenticeship program focusing on all aspects of the electrotechnology trade within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Participate in workplace safety initiatives to achieve 100% commitment to safety, health, and wellbeing.
- Learnt industry best practices for preventative maintenance and breakdowns of electrical equipment and systems.
- Develop problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and hand tools.
- Involved in process automation and instrumentation.
- Collaborate with the wider Maintenance and Engineering teams on production line maintenance tasks.
- Ideal candidates will have completed school-based electrotechnology units or be due to complete them.
- Possess a genuine interest in learning the electrical trade.
- Familiarity with electrical industry terminology is essential.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Strong mathematical and English attributes are required.
- Intermediate IT skills with regards to Windows-based operating systems are necessary.
- Australian citizenship or formal permanent residency is required.
