**Incident Response Professional**:

Our team is responsible for managing high-priority incidents and major disruptions to our services. As an Incident Response Professional, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

This role involves working with a diverse range of products and services, performing customer care and incident management functions. You will need to utilize strong technical knowledge to identify investigation paths and risk assessment options.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing critical restoration activities across all environments
  • Communicating effectively at all levels, including running technical bridges and stakeholder meetings
  • Composing and distributing incident updates and post-incident reports
  • Interacting with other ITIL processes, such as Problem, Knowledge, Change, and Configuration management
  • Identifying and driving down incident trends within our enterprise and client environments

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong Service Management Knowledge
  • ITIL Foundation Certification and Intermediate OSA Certification
  • Extensive Incident and Major Incident Management experience
  • Solid experience working with Telecommunications technologies and products
  • Ability to interact at all levels, including technical, management, and senior leadership
