Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Principal Analyst.

About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining reporting dashboards, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

You will play a critical role in enabling our executive leadership team to monitor and improve performance against strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop strategic and operational dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance data from various business areas.
  • Maintain the enterprise initiatives register to track and visualize organizational priorities and progress.
  • Prepare briefings, insights, and trend analysis for executive leadership teams and other governance groups.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
