About the Role:
We're seeking a Store Team Member to ensure our customers receive a safe, seamless, and positive shopping experience. This role is crucial in maintaining a welcoming environment in our stores.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Executing a checklist of cleaning tasks across all departments and store areas
- Cleaning, dusting, and wiping shelving and equipment throughout the store
- Collecting trolleys from within and around the store, including the carpark, regardless of weather conditions
- Working both indoors and outdoors, often independently
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to deliver exceptional customer experiences with enthusiasm and energy.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
- The capacity to work autonomously and follow instructions
- Physical fitness, as you'll be lifting up to 17kgs and working at a fast pace
This casual position requires availability between 5am-11pm, seven days a week. Prior experience isn't necessary, full training will be provided for the use of chemicals, machinery, and safety equipment.
