Electrical Maintenance Specialist Position

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled professional to support our mining partners in Adelaide, Australia. This role is ideal for someone passionate about asset performance optimization, defect elimination, and strategic maintenance planning.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead fixed plant reliability initiatives, ensuring optimal equipment performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct strategy reviews and implement continuous improvement actions to enhance plant safety and uptime.
  • Drive defect elimination and root cause analysis across electrical systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Deliver minor improvement works to enhance plant operations, focusing on quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed best practices in maintenance and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance within mining or heavy industry, with a strong background in reliability engineering and RCA methodologies.
  • Hands-on exposure to SAP and maintenance strategy development, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
