Job Overview

Cyber Security Architect - IAM Focus

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Architect with expertise in Identity and Access Management to lead the development of our IAM domain architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and evolve IAM domain architecture, roadmaps, and patterns to align with business objectives.
  • Design and implement IAM services including Identity Governance, Access Management, Roles & Entitlements, and Authentication protocols.
  • Define and document IAM processes such as user registration, authentication, authorization, delegated access, and incident response.
  • Deliver solution blueprints and oversee deployment of IAM platforms to ensure secure and scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to design and deliver secure infrastructure and applications.
  • Participate in customer workshops, requirements gathering, and strategy sessions to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and optimize IAM systems to ensure ongoing security and compliance.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in IAM and Cyber Security at an enterprise level.
  • Proven expertise in IAM tools and technologies including CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and Thycotic.
  • Experience with IGA solutions such as SailPoint/Saviynt and SSO solutions like Ping/Okta.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM processes, RBAC, UAR, and federated authentication models.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft IAM stack, Azure AD, and Active Directory.
  • Broad security, network, and infrastructure architecture knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
