Senior Project Manager for Land Development Projects

Project Lead
About the role:
- Support projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration and project scheduling.
- Lead teams of engineers and technicians to achieve success in projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring projects meet client expectations by managing timeframes, milestones and budgets.
- Assisting in reviewing and negotiating contracts, and reviewing executed contracts to verify procedures.
- Driving marketing and cross-selling of company services to obtain new clients/commissions and develop industry relationships.
- Leading project delivery through providing management skills to ensure end products meet client and stakeholder requirements.
Requirements:
- A strong technical background in land development and civil project management is essential.
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Project management or relevant technical field is desirable.
- At least 7 years of experience in civil project management.
