Responsibilities- Set up banquet meal functions as prescribed by the Banquet Function sheet, ensuring impeccable attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
- Provide prompt and professional service during banquet meal functions, prioritizing guest safety and comfort.
- Perform tableside or buffet food preparation and service as required, exceeding expectations with every interaction.
- Ensure that the banquet work station is clean and stocked with all necessary items for a seamless function.
- Inform supervisors of any issues or guest complaints, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
- Assist other banquet associates as needed, demonstrating teamwork and adaptability.
- Clean off all glasses, silver, china, etc from all dinner tables, reception tables, and buffet tables during and after the function.
- Complete all banquet server side work, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
- Greet guests warmly as seated, continually monitoring their needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain personal cleanliness and wear appropriate uniform at all times.
- Serve alcoholic beverages knowledgeably and in compliance with applicable laws, promoting responsible serving practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, embracing opportunities for growth and development.
