Job Opportunity

This is a unique chance to make a significant impact in the community health services sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in securing untied funding to support people or groups who fall outside of existing service confines.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify what support is most urgently needed within the community and develop strategies to secure the necessary funding. This may involve collaborating with stakeholders, building relationships with potential donors, and creating persuasive campaigns to win support.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a genuine commitment to values-driven work. You should have experience in donor stewardship, grant writing, and securing funding, and be motivated to take your expertise to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Needs Assessment: Identify areas of need within the community and develop strategies to address them.
  • Funding Strategy Development: Create compelling campaigns to secure funding from corporate partners and philanthropic organizations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including community leaders, donors, and other relevant parties.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in securing funding from corporate partners and philanthropic organizations.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaboration and Partnership-Building: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals.
