At our automated facility, you will be part of a dynamic cross-functional team. As an equipment operator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless operations by promptly addressing technical and operational faults.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring, operating, and troubleshooting faults in automated material handling equipment within a fast-paced production environment.
  • Efficiently resolving machine faults using logical problem-solving techniques while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Utilizing literacy, numeracy, and IT skills to interpret and maintain data and fault information accurately.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and hygiene.
  • Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure the machines remain in optimal condition and reporting any anomalies.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrating commitment to safety, meticulous attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Having genuine interest in automation and technology, coupled with willingness to learn new concepts and procedures.
  • Possessing strong communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Able to accurately identify colors such as red, blue, white, yellow, and green.
  • Meeting physical fitness requirements, including frequent walking, climbing, lifting up to 25kgs unassisted, and working at heights of up to 30 meters with appropriate training and safety gear provided.
