About the Role

We are seeking an organized and driven Talent Acquisition Assistant who can provide administrative support and help us deliver on our workforce goals.

This entry-level/graduate position offers the opportunity to learn and commence your career in Human Resources, working with internal stakeholders to deliver on a range of Talent Acquisition and HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Talent Acquisition - recruitment, onboarding, induction program and record management of new joiners.
  • Assist with coordinating candidates and ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Assist Human Resources with administrative activities and coordinating HR initiatives.
  • Be proactive in following up with candidates and hiring managers to know where they are at in the recruitment process in relation to onboarding.
  • Maintain People and Culture databases and systems up to date (checking data integrity) and provide data to payroll in a timely manner for new joiners. Many require reporting from systems from time to time.
  • Review and provide guidance on how to improve recruitment and onboarding processes with support from the People and Culture team.
  • Be the go-to person for recruitment, onboarding, and induction support and adapt your day to fit with different schedules.
  • Proactively respond to requests and questions from candidates and stakeholders in relation to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Run reports in relation to recruitment, Human Resources initiatives, and other metrics to assist with improving processes.
  • Assist with developing org charts and other HR activities as directed.

About You
  • Have completed or are completing a bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
  • Wanting to commence a career in Human Resources and looking to start in Talent Acquisition.
  • You'll be a natural problem solver, with the ability to diagnose and find solutions.
  • Ability to be proactive, accountable for actions, and resilient in achieving outcomes.
  • You have expertise across the full suite of Microsoft and experience working on multiple online systems.
