About this role

As a Fellow in Gynaecological Oncology, you will play a crucial part in the care and treatment of patients with gynaecological cancer. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our hospital as a tertiary referral centre.

Job description:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day medical and surgical care of patients with gynaecological cancer. This includes being involved in surgical procedures, participating in teaching activities, initiating and completing research projects, and contributing to the hospital's continuing development.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Pursuing a future career in gynaecological oncology or gaining advanced surgical skills
  • NSW Medical Board Registration or eligible for registration
  • Pre-FRANZCOG certification (year 5-6)
  • Previous clinical and research experience, preferably with gynaecological cancer patients
