Product Marketing Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Specialist to join our growth-oriented marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with us to create engaging and relevant experiences for our clients.

  • You will work alongside our Product Marketing Manager to deliver the company's product marketing strategy and roadmap for trading across Asia Pacific & Canadian markets.
  • In partnership with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute regional product campaigns and initiatives to drive growth and adoption of products and services.
  • You will lead cross-functional alignment with key business units such as Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Business Operations in executing streamlined customer-centric product marketing communications.
  • With our in-house creative team, you will craft and deliver compelling messaging that makes the complex simple, resonates with customers, and builds a point of difference in market.
  • You will be responsible for leading market research projects, opportunity assessment, competitive analysis, and customer feedback initiatives.
  • You will identify opportunities to segment clients and deliver highly personalized product-led communications to the right person, at the right time with data-driven insights.
  • In collaboration with Lifecycle, Digital, and Brand teams, you will conduct regular experimentation and testing to assess the effectiveness of our product messaging and optimize campaign performance across channels.
Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 2-3+ years' experience in a Product Marketing role or working collaboratively with Product teams.
  • Experience marketing highly technical and niche products.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field of study.
  • A deep understanding of Lifecycle, direct response, and brand channels.
  • Experience with Marketing Analytics and Project Management tools like Google Analytics and JIRA.
