Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer-focused services to clients ensuring their needs are met.">
  • Create, book, and maintain advertising placements for clients across print and digital platforms.">
  • Process advertising bookings and assist in the preparation of advertising proposals.">
  • Develop skills in media buying, planning, and understanding the media landscape.">
  • Manage internal system processes to ensure smooth placement of advertising material for campaigns.">
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external clients.">
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and regularly engage with departments to ensure campaign success.">
  • Receive and respond to internal and external correspondence, phone calls, and emails.">
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, presentations, and projects.">
  • Maintain accurate client and revenue records.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.">
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or an administrative role.">
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.">
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.">
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.">
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and advertising formats.">
