Future Fuels Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Future Fuels team in shaping Queensland's future.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policy solutions to emerging issues facing the sector.
- Manage complex tasks and projects with a high level of autonomy.
- Foster collaboration within the team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice on sustainable fuels policy, regulation, and energy matters.
- Prepare strategic policy documents on complex issues relating to Queensland's future fuels production pathways.
- Liaise with customers, stakeholders, and Government agencies to ensure their views are captured.
- Promote a workplace culture of equity, diversity, respect, and inclusion.
- Lead and manage staff performance and conduct.
- Demonstrated experience in research, policy development, and implementation.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment and build strong relationships.
