We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to diverse projects and develop your skills in a supportive work environment.

The Role:

  • As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, preparing concept and schematic designs for various structures.
  • You will conduct detailed analysis, design computations, and oversee the preparation of documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
  • You will perform peer reviews of detailed calculations, technical reports, and design concepts to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • You will coordinate designs with other project team consultants, architects, and clients to ensure seamless integration and project success.
  • You will provide financial oversight of projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget and on schedule.
  • You will develop and maintain schedules for assigned work scope and associated deliverables, ensuring timely project completion.
  • You will conduct site inspections to monitor works undertaken, check conditions, and ensure compliance with design specifications.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the Australian market.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in structural engineering.
  • A proven track record of successful planning, concept, and detailed design of varied projects.
  • Strong technical skills coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • The ability to develop and nurture internal and external relationships.
  • Experience working in challenging environments and managing complex projects.
