About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assessor/Estimator to join our team in the mid-North Coast region. As an Assessor/Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing and estimating a portfolio of projects ranging from minor works to major loss claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake initial site assessments to determine project scope and requirements
  • Prepare detailed building reports to inform estimating and project planning
  • Develop scopes of work and estimate material, trade, and labour costs
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery
  • Develop business relationships with new and prospective clients to drive growth and revenue
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Carpentry or Plumbing is essential
  • Local trade base across the mid-North Coast is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary
  • Detailed orientation and a strong understanding of the NCC & BCA are essential
  • A current driver's license is required
