Role OverviewThis role is all about shaping the future of our organisation by strengthening organisational capability and embedding a culture where people feel empowered, connected, and inspired.
- Lead the development and implementation of initiatives that build leadership capability at all levels.
- Partner with leaders to research, design, and review programs that drive performance and engagement.
- Facilitate workshops, coaching, and capability-building programs that enable sustainable change.
- Measure impact and continuously improve initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Proven expertise in leadership development, organisational capability building, and facilitation.
- Strong experience in coaching and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- A deep understanding of organisational culture and change enablement.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and commitment.
- A growth mindset and a genuine passion for developing people and organisations.
