Exceptional Nursing Care Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert nursing care in accordance with policies, procedures and standards.
  • Develop individualised care plans addressing unique patient needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills.
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful work environment promoting cultural diversity and inclusivity.

Selection Criteria:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • High level written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and key message identification.
  • Ability to engage patients to enhance service delivery and guide others in providing excellence.
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and apply professional boundaries.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use health information systems.
  • Knowledge and understanding of risk management, safety and quality principles.
  • Recent post-registration surgical experience in an acute care setting.
