You will develop and implement personalized support plans that align with client goals and aspirations, managing challenging behaviors and providing emotional support. Building strong relationships with clients, their families, and community stakeholders is essential in promoting inclusion and self-determination for those you support.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities and complex needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements.
