About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our childrens services team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in disability services, excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a cluster of childrens services, including OOHC, in-home supports and NDIS funded supports.
- Lead a team of childrens services leaders and support workers.
- Deliver high-quality outcomes for children and young people.
- Manage and lead services effectively, ensuring child trauma-informed support is provided in a high-quality homelike environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum five years experience in a middle management role or suitably qualified disability services professional with minimum five years direct experience in disability services.
- Relevant tertiary qualification/s.
- A willingness and commitment to exercise self-reflection and improve as a leader.
- Excellent communication skills.
