Job Description:

  • Regular ongoing opportunity at a 8-bed hospital with a fully equipped emergency department, outpatient, pharmacy, general medicine, and palliative care services.
  • A competitive daily rate of $1700.
  • Travel and accommodation will be arranged and provided for the successful candidate.
The Opportunity

This is an excellent chance to work in a unique environment with a range of additional health services available. The hospital's new staff quarters offer comfortable living arrangements for up to 6 staff members.

Gin Gin is a great stop on your way North or South, known as Wild Scotsman country, where one of Queensland's bushrangers was captured in 1866. The town hosts weekly markets in the main street with local produce, and you can visit the old Courthouse, now a community gallery. It's also a gateway to Barramundi fishing at Lake Monduran, just 20 minutes south.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered eligible for this role, you must have:

  1. Full AHPRA registration.
  2. Australian working rights.
  3. Emergency Department experience.
  4. ALS2 certification.
