As a dedicated care professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents by providing personalized care that fosters choice and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as mobility, continence management, showering, dressing, personal grooming, and meal assistance.
  • Assist in the daily preparation, service, and delivery of meals to residents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records in alignment with each resident's care plan.
  • Ensure the comfort and dignity of each resident at all times.
  • Identify potential health and environmental hazards and proactively take corrective actions to maintain a safe environment.
About You:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
  • Previous experience and a strong passion for working in the Aged Care sector.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and Seasonal Influenza vaccination.
  • NDIS Clearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Appreciation for diverse cultures and lifestyles, and a respectful approach to care.
