  • Work on-site, gaining practical experience in project engineering

  • Participate in formal mentoring program
  • Rotations through various business areas to broaden your skills and explore different career paths

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within safety and quality standards
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, teams and subcontractors
  • Managing sub-contractors across various disciplines to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Assisting in preparing project estimates, tender submissions and developing project schedules
  • Supporting all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution and HSE compliance
  • Collaborating with the operational team for effective project delivery

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency or suitable Visa with working rights
  • Engineering degree (Bachelor or higher) within Electrical and/or Electrical & Instrumentation with previous work experience in Australia or New Zealand
  • Ability to work on a FIFO or DIDO basis from Perth, Brisbane or Newcastle
  • Previous work experience within your chosen field is highly desirable
