We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Aegis St Michael's Facility. As a champion of high-quality, safe, and effective nursing, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake clinical, social, and self-care assessments to identify residents' changing health needs.
- Anticipate and initiate further assessments or referrals as needed.
- Support residents and their families by addressing their queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns.
Requirements:
- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Clinical experience and ability to manage risk in aged care.
- A sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems.
- Full Australian working rights and be able to pass a national police clearance.
