We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team at Brightwater Care Group. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for clients across our South-metro Residential Aged Care facilities.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering inclusive and person-centred quality care and support in accordance with individualised client Care Plans, actively promoting choice, independence, and quality of life in a safe and home-like environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical care skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach.
Key Attributes- Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Deliver high-quality clinical care services
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to prioritise workload safely and efficiently
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
- First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old)
- A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check
- Evidence of up-to-date influenza vaccination

What We Offer- A salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
