The Job
  • Pouring of concrete into formwork
  • Spreading and levelling of concrete using rakes, shovels, hand and machine trowels
  • Screeding and finishing concrete
  • Curing of concrete and monitoring its effects during the curing process
  • Assisting with vibration and concrete compaction
About You

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • Able to demonstrate screeding and finishing concrete to a high standard
  • Minimum 2+ years' industry experience as a Concrete Finisher
  • Previous civil construction experience within mining and resources sectors (preferable)
  • Will to assist other trades if required
  • Nationally recognised Construction Safety Awareness card (White Card)
