Job DescriptionThe RPA Diabetes Centre is a busy tertiary diabetes service underpinned by a strong model of care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to broaden your clinical and education skills while working alongside a dedicated, innovative, and caring staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Develop and implement education programs for patients and healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to diabetes care
- Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Understanding of evidence-informed practice and critical thinking
- Effective interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills within a multidisciplinary team
- Able to work a Monday-to-Friday roster
