We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, providing outstanding customer and patient care. This is a permanent full-time position with a 38-hour weekly roster.

Job Description

The RPA Diabetes Centre is a busy tertiary diabetes service underpinned by a strong model of care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to broaden your clinical and education skills while working alongside a dedicated, innovative, and caring staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Develop and implement education programs for patients and healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to diabetes care
Requirements
  • Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • Understanding of evidence-informed practice and critical thinking
  • Effective interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills within a multidisciplinary team
  • Able to work a Monday-to-Friday roster
