Senior HR Consultant - Culture and Capability

This is a key role within our organisation that will play a pivotal part in supporting the delivery of strategic human resources initiatives. Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Advisory Role: Provide expert advice to the Culture and Capability team on the work program, focusing on supporting the team and enhancing professional learning to improve knowledge of contemporary practice and internal capability.
  • Culture and Capability Projects: Oversee the implementation of key organisational culture and capability projects and initiatives, including managing planning, development, and implementation within assigned resources and agreed timeframes and outcomes.
  • Trend Analysis and Improvement Strategies: Research, review, and analyse current and emerging trends in relation to human resource and organisational development matters, identifying improvement strategies to maintain employee engagement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate and consult with stakeholders to support the successful design and delivery of transformative change initiatives across the organisation.
