Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example through mentorship and leadership opportunities, contributing to the growth and development of colleagues.
  • Stay current with best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
  • Utilize modern tools and technology to streamline workflow, improve efficiency, and enhance clinical impact.
  • Work collaboratively with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical effectiveness.
  • Provide patients and their families with educational resources on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies, empowering them to take control of their health.
Requirements:
  • A valid license in good standing with the provincial regulatory college.
  • Professional liability insurance, as required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a patient-first mindset.
  • An enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
  • 1–2+ years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting (preferably), or new graduates with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
